What Does a Slice

With Pride?
Hand-tossed dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella,
and a wood-fired oven that never lies. Welcome to T.J.'s.

Not Just a Pizzeria.
A Fultonville
Institution.
T.J. opened his first oven on Main Street in 1985 with nothing but a recipe from his nonna, a second-hand wood-fired oven, and an unshakable belief that a great slice could change someone's day.
Four decades later, that belief hasn't wavered. Every morning, the dough is mixed by hand. Every tomato sauce is simmered from scratch. Every pie that leaves our oven carries the same standard T.J. set for himself: if it wouldn't make your grandmother smile, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
We're not a chain. We're not expanding. We're 21 Main Street, and we'll always be here — the way we've always been — making pizza the way it should be made.

Our Word.
I've lived in Fultonville my whole life, and T.J.'s has been our Friday night tradition for twenty years. The dough is always perfect — crispy outside, soft inside. Nothing else compares.
The Diavola is the spiciest, most flavorful slice I've had outside of New York City. We drive 45 minutes every time we crave it. Worth every mile.
Brought my family here for the first time last summer. The Fig & Prosciutto changed how I think about pizza. My kids asked if we could come back every week. We did.
